Clark Study LoungeClark Building Renovation

This project upgraded lighting, seating, finishes, acoustics and audiovisual equipment in all eleven A-wing auditoriums and all C-wing general education classrooms. The fire alarm system in A and B wings was updated, as well as all three elevators in the building. B-wing and A-wing basement received new ceiling tiles, flooring and paint and the B-wing roof was replaced with added insulation and energy efficient white coating.

  • Green Features: All renovations were done to LEED standards, including energy efficient lighting and programmable controls, green materials and improved HVAC controls. New 4-pipe fan coil units will increase energy efficiency over the old 2-pipe system, as will new damper controls for the main air handling units.
