While Teleworking

In order to ensure the health and safety of our users and employees, Computer Services is moving to an on-line support model.  Because of that, we need your support requests to go to our Help Desk mailbox at fac_shared_help_desk@mail.colostate.edu.  We will reach back out to you through Microsoft Teams.  (If you do not have Teams, see the instruction below.)  If you need in person help, we will arrange a time for you to come by the Computer Services office.  The office will only be staffed between 8 am and 4 pm, Monday through Friday.
