Ashraf joined Colorado State University and Facilities Management in 2022.
Tracey is the supervisor for Capital Construction. She joined FM as a Project Manager in 2008.
Stacey joined CSU in 2012 and has worked in energy conservation since 2009. He is responsible for energy, water, and resource conservation education and outreach. He works on most sustainability related projects under the FM umbrella including: energy efficiency initiatives, the CSU Green Labs program, building energy, the annual GHG inventory, climate action planning, and STARS reporting.
Tanner joined the CSU Capital Construction team as a Project Manager in 2023. His project management experience comes from private consulting as an Owner’s Rep on education projects throughout Colorado, ranging from small controlled maintenance renovations to major bond programs.
Aaron joined CSU in 2017. He is a Colorado licensed Professional Engineer, and primarily does Mechanical design for Remodel and Construction Services.
James is the CAD Designer/Drafter for ECC. He works with Mechanical and Electrical Engineers to provide engineering drawings that will be used for construction documents and code review. He has been with Colorado State University since 2019.
Carol is an Energy Engineer in Facilities Management and co-chair of the Presidents Sustainability Commission. She is part of a team at CSU that advances energy efficiency, renewable energy, water efficiency and other operational sustainability efforts. In addition, she leads a team that conducts the University’s annual greenhouse gas inventory and produces biannual updates to the CSU Climate Action Plan.
Tony joined CSU in October 2006 and the Engineering and Capital Construction Team as a project manager in February 2014. He earned a BS from the University of Colorado in Anthropology. He holds a master electrical license for the state of Colorado and is an ICC certified building inspector & electrical inspector. He has experience in multiple types of projects including utility, roadways, building demo, new builds and also building additions.
Jasmine has worked for Facilities Management since 2017. She began as an HR Technician and then moved over to the Engineering and Capital Construction group in 2019. She supports all ECC members through scheduling, special projects, operations and team building.
Chuck has been a project coordinator with the Engineering and Capital Construction Team since April 2023. He is a master license plumber/steam fitter and has been in the construction industry for over 20 years. He has been employed at CSU for about 8 years, spending over 7 years in the plumbing shop. There, he started as a tech and eventually became the Plumbing supervisor.
Sarah joined CSU Capital Construction in July 2023 as a Project Manager. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from UC Santa Cruz. She started her career at California Polytechnic State University in facilities management operations and later transitioned to construction management. Her experience is predominantly within higher education and the public works sector across new construction builds, renovations, and bond program management.
Kelly joined CSU in 2013. Prior to coming to CSU, she worked as Office Manager and paralegal at a law firm that specialized in corporate, real estate, estate planning and tax law. Her background also includes working in Human Resources, reviewing and tracking insurance contracts at a local medical billing office and computer software contracts within the IT Department at a local hospital.
Rochelle spent a long time in the Consulting Engineering Realm before joining CSU FM in 2011. Rochelle works closely with the Electric Shop as Owners and Operators of the 15kV electric utility distribution and site lighting systems on CSU’s Campuses. She is FM’s electrical technical representative for Capital Construction projects and still gets to go back to her design roots in designing lighting and power renovation projects for RCS.
Dimitri joined FM in 2018. His focus is the heating, cooling, and plumbing systems that serve CSU's buildings. Within ECC, he serves as an owner representative for capital projects, designer for renovation projects, engineering support for Operations, Maintenance, and Utilities groups, and is the subject matter expert for the mechanical and plumbing sections of CSU Facilities, Planning, Design and Construction Standards.
Blake entered his role of Retrocommissioning Engineer in September of 2023. He was previously with the FM BAS group beginning in November of 2015 and became the Lead BAS Controls Specialist in 2017. Before coming to CSU, he was a Project Engineer for ATS Rocky Mountain which is an Alerton Certified Dealer for HVAC BAS Controls from 2013.
Tony joined Colorado State University in 2023. They have 7 years of experience in private industry working as a project manager for a family-owned general contracting company. Tony has worked on the Westfall Windows project and several pedestrian and bike trail projects. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Dimensions of Natural Resources from Colorado State University
Chuck has worked for CSU since 1995. His focus is on technical assistance for the Maintenance Engineering and Utilities Services groups. His background is in maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical systems. He is involved with electrical, water and natural gas metering, electrical load testing, mechanical equipment troubleshooting, and data collection, and reporting. He is semi-retired and generally works Mondays and Tuesdays.
