Facilities Management Operations is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the campus infrastructure excluding all residential facilities (apartments, residence halls, dining halls, etc.) and Lory Student Center. A wide range of maintenance repair services are provided including, but not limited to: access and keyless entry, building structures, district energy, electrical systems, elevators, fire alarm systems and suppression, grounds/landscaping, irrigation, mechanical systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, etc.), plumbing systems, streets and sidewalks, trash and recycle, and utility systems (water, sewer, storm).
