Building Proctor Identifier
Building proctors serve as a key point of contact between building occupants and campus service departments. Use RamWorks to identify the assigned proctor for a major campus building.
What building proctors do
Building proctors help building occupants report service needs related to facilities, streets, grounds, safety, security, renovations, construction, and other campus building concerns.
Need to update a proctor?
To edit or update a building’s assigned proctor, use the Building Proctor update form.
How to find a building proctor in RamWorks
Proctor information is available in RamWorks. Follow the steps below to search by building name or number.

Open RamWorks .

Scroll to the Space section and select the Explore tile.

Enter the building name or building number in the Search Property field.

Select the correct building from the dropdown results.

Select the building tile on the right side of the screen.

View the assigned proctor information in the Building Contacts section.
