The Engineering and Capital Construction (ECC) section of Facilities Management is comprised of Capital Construction Project Management, Electrical and Mechanical Systems Design, Maintenance Engineering, Commissioning and Retrocommissioning Engineering, Sustainability & Energy Management, and Environmental Regulatory Compliance.
ECC supports Colorado State University’s academic master plan and university strategic plan and is responsible for the planning, design, construction, and renovation of university buildings and surrounding infrastructure. With the goal being to maintain a safe, sustainable, and high-quality learning and working environment for students, faculty, staff and visitors, the team is also responsible for campus-wide compliance for water, air emissions, stormwater pollution prevention, and floodplain management.
