Facilities Management delivers a vast array of services to University facilities in order to meet the needs of campus customers. Building proctors provide, as a part of their duties and responsibilities, a single point of contact for campus customers and building occupants to request services. Our success in the delivery of these services in a timely and cost effective manner is largely dependent on our partnering with the various colleges and administrative departments throughout the University and the building proctor – our link to you. Every major building on campus is assigned one or more building proctors whose role is to facilitate the reporting of building, street, and grounds services needed by building occupants. These services include maintenance, safety, security, renovations and construction, and other miscellaneous needs. Building proctors share the needs of building occupants with departments such as Facilities Management, Colorado State University Police Department (CSUPD) and Environmental Health Services. Building proctors heighten the awareness, knowledge, and issues affecting the quality of their work environment and the protection of University resources. Building proctors can be identified using the link below and at the beginning of the University Telephone Directory.
