Examples include specialty building automation alarms, video/camera or security/panic button repairs, lock changes or rekeying, padlocks, moving specialty lab equipment, re-landscaping, memorial tree planting and bench installations, hanging banners or temporary signage, fabrication of specialty or research equipment, etc.
