This is for ANY space or construction project request, including any alteration or modification to a facility or new addition.
Projects as small as adding an electrical outlet to renovations or constructing a new building—and everything in between.
Also includes move requests (boxes, large equipment, and relocations).
Maintenance & Repairs
EMERGENCY: CALL 911 for fire or life-threatening concerns.
URGENT: Call 970-491-0077 for flooding; sudden loss of power, heating, cooling, water; icy conditions. Submit here after reporting.
NON-EMERGENCY: Submit RAMWORKS work order for repairs to doors, door hardware/openers, windows, floors, roofs, heat, cooling, plumbing, electrical, lighting; landscaping, custodial.
Additional Repairs & Maintenance Information
Note: Special service requests are provided on a fee-for-service basis. Examples include specialty building automation alarms, video/camera or security/panic button repairs, lock changes or rekeying, padlocks, moving specialty lab equipment, re-landscaping, memorial tree planting and bench installations, hanging banners or temporary signage, fabrication of specialty or research equipment, etc.
