Maintenance & Repairs
Use RamWorks for routine maintenance, repairs, and facility service needs.
EMERGENCY: Call 911 for fire or life-threatening concerns.
URGENT: Call 970-491-0077 for flooding, power loss, heating/cooling issues, water issues, or icy conditions. Submit a RamWorks request after reporting.
NON-EMERGENCY: Submit a RamWorks request for doors, hardware, windows, floors, roofs, heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, lighting, landscaping, or custodial needs.
Project Requests
Use this page for space, construction, renovation, modification, new addition, and move requests.
This includes requests as small as adding an electrical outlet, as well as larger renovations, new construction, equipment moves, box moves, and relocations.

Controlled Maintenance Requests
Use this page for building renewal, infrastructure, or major maintenance needs that may qualify for controlled maintenance funding.
Controlled maintenance is separate from standard project requests and routine repairs.

Additional Repairs & Maintenance Information
Note: Special service requests are provided on a fee-for-service basis. Examples include specialty building automation alarms, video/camera or security/panic button repairs, lock changes or rekeying, padlocks, moving specialty lab equipment, re-landscaping, memorial tree planting and bench installations, hanging banners or temporary signage, fabrication of specialty or research equipment, etc.
