The Role of Drawing Management
Interior space information supports daily operations, planning, and campus safety.
Interior spaces are vital to the functions of the university. Information associated with campus buildings is gathered using traditional and advanced methods to help ensure floor plans and related records remain accurate.
This information is incorporated into as-built floor plans used by Emergency Response Teams, Environmental Health and Safety, architects, designers, project managers, and others. Drawing Management also maintains electronic archives of past projects to support daily university maintenance, including record drawings, operation and maintenance records, warranties, and specifications.
