Sandra “Sandy” Sheahan serves as the Associate Vice President of Facilities Operations for CSU’s Division of University Operations. A proud CSU alumna, she was appointed to the role permanently in November 2024 after serving in an interim capacity for several months. With over 30 years at CSU and more than two decades of experience in facilities management and strategic operations, Sandy has been instrumental in overseeing complex institutional and public infrastructure projects. She specializes in benchmarking maintenance costs across various building types and aligning resources with appropriated funding. Passionate about collaboration, she works closely with campus partners to develop innovative solutions to facility-related challenges.

Amanda Smith serves as the Assistant Director of Operations Accounting for Colorado State University’s Facilities Management department.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance and a Master of Science in School Business Leadership.
Amanda brings more than 20 years of financial management experience, including seven years in public accounting and 14 years leading finance and accounting operations in K–12 public education.
She joined Colorado State University in February 2024 and oversees financial operations, budgeting, and accounting processes that support Facilities Management.
