Ram Works

Ram Works is a collaborative service request system that is used to communicate between the requestor and Facilities Management. Anyone with a NetID can submit requests.

If you would like an account set up in AiM to follow along in the application/Go app training, please send an email to Computer Services – fac_shared_help_desk@mail.colostate.edu. Please include the following information:

• NetID
• Shop/section
• Work phone number if you will be using the Go App
